I want to die but I can't do it

I had so much to live for but I fucked it up for myself now I don't see a way out but only if I die and reincarnated. What method should I do that's no pain and very cheap [I can't afford anything] it's really over for me.

We can talk about many things, but most people like me don't want to promote specific methods here. If you feel hurt and want to vent, we listen to your pain.

At least for me, I came here to learn how to deal with suffering in a mature way, not exactly to encourage the best way you should quit.
