I need some help with what to say, I tried to not feel like I was writing it, but someone else, but I still feel jittery. I feel like I have to make it perfect but I want to express my true thoughts but my fear and butterfliee make it hard to put it into words knowing I'm talking about him. Can anyone help me with this? I think, generally, confessions aren't advised as it just spills a lot of emotions on a person. Especially in this case, this person doesn't know who you are.

Regardless, you could just ask them out but not through a confession where you just put everything on the table. But that requires you just building a relationship first, be it just a friendly one/one where they actually know of you
