Personally, I don't see any other way out. One must go through with it because it is a rational decision for some people, but the SI ruins it all. Fuck this.

I agree, SI is the problem. The rational decision to CTB can be so obvious and the only decision that leads to the final relief but SI disturbs.

SI is so scary. It affects everybody, even those who really craved death for most of their lives. I truly wonder at how people even manage to overcome SI. I personally feel like I could overcome SI just long enough to do an attempt if I were to use the manic anger stored within me (due to pro lifers forcing me to stay alive). Of course I can't really know what would happen until I were to be put in this position for myselfIt's fucking annoying. I've been to the point where I was consciously comfortable with dying and my SI still wouldn't let me go. It's why a lot of people use some sort of drugs/alcohol with their attempt to overcome it.Similar threads
