I was just lying in bed and I was suddenly hit by what I believe to be a memory or something like that. Im really sure its not just my mind making it up because it almost seems familiar. but I think I had jumped to my death and then I died, it was a very underwhelming experience but also not entirely unpleasant. I remember floating like a falling leaf in reverse and I dont remember anything else after that. I guess the point of me posting this is to bring comfort/offer answers to those wondering what its like.

Thank you for sharing. I find the thought of no longer existing to be very comforting. To finally be free from the burden of existence is the best possible thing as all our thoughts, problems and suffering will die with us and this life will finally be forgotten about. I envy those who leave this world.

So you reincarnated and that was one of your previous deaths? Part of me hopes that reincarnation is true, and the other part thinks it's all futile and meaningless.

theres also the theory that you go to an alternate universe after you die, which resonates better with me for some reason.

Why reincarnate at all. People often think that if reincarnation is true then there is no other choice, while maybe we can choose not to do It, maybe in process disappear or find other place to exist, maybe not even physical place like earth If we live outside of the body anyway. If you are happy then you do not need meaning in life, only when you are sad or suffer you need meaning to justify your suffering (this is what I think and what I observe in people). So maybe we can be happy somewhere else or achieve nirvana like non-existent state or disappear.

I have had weird experiences, and many people had NDEs (like 10s of thousands or more by now), people moving out of body, Robert Monroe and all that.

Some say that being outside of your body feels more real. I had dreams with HD vision and sensations of touch, I could fly and do wild shit. Look into those people that died and came back, but disregard ALL of their religious pseudo-spiritual bullshit they try to sell, because It is part of something else I can explain later If you wish. They say that we are the ones that are dead- and I agree actually. If reincarnation is true then 99% people you see have already died many, many times- this is one mind trip to go on.

Hey, what if what really happens when we CTB, in essence, when we quit our lives early, and because we do, we are destined to repeat our exact same life all over again simply because we chose not to complete it in the first place? Wouldn't that be a bummer?! If something like that happens, we could be having to live our lives, just like they are now, in perpetuity because we would keep CTB.

That actually would be extremely frustrating and sounds a bit nightmarish.

It also implies that there's some larger force over us directing all of this. What I find really frustrating about that is we would have to continue repeating this vicious cycle but without any support from the greater power, which also seems pointless and like a lot of unnecessary suffering.

This "God-Person" would need to get it together and let us in a bit more on the secret- wtf do we have to do to lessen the suffering?

What really gripes me, is people who ctb, like Kurt Cobain. How I hate not having blond hair and blue eyes. (But he did). How I hate not being worth fifty million dollars. (But Kurt did). And then he ctb? Had God granted me all that, I sure as hell wouldn't have,not at his age. So if there is reincarnation, it must make some errors. I think I'm one.
