Venting I tested CTB methods last night

Using a partial suspension method, I tested how efficiently I could cut off my blood supply last night. It worked well. I don't know how much longer I can do this, but I feel selfish whenever I think about it. The amount of people I would leave stranded. That's the only thing stopping me.

I completely understand, the only reason I'm still alive is because the last thing I wanna do is make my family sad. Living for others despite the struggle.
