I spent hours screaming today until I threw up

I'm just waiting for this Crohn's flare to calm down so that I can ctb using SN (SN during an active crohn's flare is likely to be both painful and unsuccessful). But I am so done. I can't take any more of my life. Mom died and left me living with my dad who is abusive. I have no other family. No friends for hundreds of miles because I'm queer and live in an extremely awful socially conservative area. Can't move because I'm too sick to work. Housebound anyway so even if I moved I'd never meet anyone. Friends from college and work mostly bailed when I had been housebound for too many years. So now I'm alone 99.5% of the time and all I can think to do is scream.

I'm sorry you have to suffer so much, it's just so cruel and dreadful to me how there's all this pain and suffering in existing, it sounds really painful what you have to go through, I hope you find the relief you search for, I wish you the best.
