Venting I snapped

I've been clean from sh for a year. Something happened today, I snapped. Stopped feeling my arm after a few aggressive cuts and looks like I tore off a piece of my skin in the process.
Welp.
I cleaned it and bandaged, so I'm fine. Guess I'm going to restart my no self harm streak from square one.

Thank you so much. Couple of days later I'm okay. Relapse sucks but I got it together.
