Venting I snapped

I've been clean from sh for a year. Something happened today, I snapped. Stopped feeling my arm after a few aggressive cuts and looks like I tore off a piece of my skin in the process.
Welp.
I cleaned it and bandaged, so I'm fine. Guess I'm going to restart my no self harm streak from square one.
