I always ruin everything, I always overthink and end up never talking to them again. I lost my closest friend because of this, I don't think we will ever be able to talk again like we used to, I ruined everything and I'm not afraid to admit that. why do I do this to myself? I miss my friend.

Me too. I lost all will and energy for the people around me, and I guess they just moved on and are now just doing their own thing. I can't bring myself to commit. It all feels too empty and artificial.
