Venting i relapsed

i relapsed on sh after a couple months and i just feel dead. i want to ctb. i want to so badly. i want to be held in a way thats permanent and im so tired of being lied to and now i cant be held, now i can't show myself to anyone because of the cuts.
god, i just want to ctb. i want to hang myself. ill have to read up again on how to do that. i mean, it's relatively easy. but i just need to know how long the body needs to be left alone for. if i remember correctly, it's about 30 minutes.

hi, btw, having a pet helps with hugs :3)
it's quite unfortunate that there are untrustworthy ppl in ur life, not sure if letting them know that u can't trust them would help or not tho.
