I can't be the only depressed person to have had substance abuse issues. Is it OK to talk about or taboo?

Ok thank you. Because I have something on my tiny little mind for once.
Australian here. I occasionally use heroin. Maybe once a month for about a year and a half now. I'm aware that there is a potential nitazene problem and I'm pretty sure 1 time I got some that was laced with fentanyl or some such. No biggie. But this time I got something very different. After doing some research I have deduced that what I was sold this time was in fact 100% tianeptine and not heroin at all. Which is a bit shit. Australia in general doesn't seem to be very aware this is a potential problem yet. Has this happened to anyone else? Anyway just thought I'd send a warning to the void to look out for this. It's a different powder completely, almost more of a tiny crystal rather than resembling Ajax and due to being a sulphate it stings like Epsom salts do. High resembles heroin a bit but is more like an upper at the same time with heart palpitations and slightly numb, clamped lips. It's not a real opioid its a synthetic but I checked naloxone will still help an overdose.
