I need something quick and fast

I've been thinking between SN and hanging, but I just realized I need something fast where it is just lights out. Is there anything like this?

besides shooting yourself, jumping off a building (my current method of choice). if it's 10 stories or higher fatality is estimated at 98%, & it takes 1.2 secs to hit the ground.

fast, check. just lights out, check.
