We as humans are hardwired to live, even if we're suffering immensely. We can wholeheartedly want to die but then find ourselves incapable of actually taking that ultimate step when push comes to shove.

It doesn't make you weak or scared to have that instinct--it just means you're human.

If you are looking for courage to ctb, then you're not ready, which is perfectly fine. Just secure your method now so you have it when it's time before they put more safeguards in place. In the mean time do some self-reflection.
