i've worked so hard but it seems im still always one misstep away from spiralling back into my extremely overpowering suicidal thoughts. today is one of those dark days. is there really hope or am i just a lost cause? i feel extremely alone in the world and exhausted from trying. pls send virtual hugs so i can pretend im not so alone
