Damn but I can relate to that feeling. I wouldn't describe myself as 'hearing voices' or anything. But I do have a very active inner monologue, and I think it hates me.

That does sound incredibly tiring what you experience, existing can certainly be so torturous for so many people. I doubt that such a thing as peace even exists in this life.
