Hello guys , i am new here, i know about the N2 exit bag, but i cant stop thinking why not just fill the whole car with N2 instead?..

normally car is only has around 100- 140 cf of space ... so i only have to get two 100cf tank to fill it up the space..

and i dont have to worry about the bag or Co2 that cause vomiting right..?

i am just wondering why everyone need a bag for it ? seem so much trouble.?

For your method to reliably work, you would first need to find a way to REMOVE ALL OF THE AIR from your car. There isn't a product on the market that can do that. The nitrogen gas can't push all the air out of your car, it will simply mix with it and dissipate.

The reason for the bag is to create an oxygen free atmosphere around your head. No bag = no oxygen free atmosphere. Now you know why, so stop thinking about it, please!

If you don't want to bother with going to the trouble of making an exit bag, your car can be filled with carbon monoxide instead, since that works differently.

I have a question, how will you get nitrogen? Is it that easy to get? If yes, i would love to explore the possibility

The answer on where to buy can be found in the megathread. Easy to buy in the USA, harder to buy in Canada & some other places.

In India, it's difficult to get any gas cylinder. Unless you know someone personally. Or may be have the tact to bribe them without getting reported to authorities

I'll check it out. What I have definitely heard of is, people accidently died by co poisoning. So, i wonder why is it so hard for us to use it i looked up gas heater, i was this close to getting one with dual butane canister. I would have used it in my small hotel bathroom. It had no outlet and perfect small place. I'm back home now

That's basically DIY sarco pod out of a car. It may work if you implement it in a right way.

Not sure if that would suffice to produce a concentration of oxygen that is low enough for causing comfortable death. You could conduct an experiment with displacing oxygen from the car and measuring the resulting O₂ concentration there. If you achieve ≤5% of O₂ for 20 - 30 minutes, it could be deemed a working implementation for CTB.

yes, i asked ai about this also, it also said that it will mix with the oxygen, but if i put enough N2 in the car , i can get the oxygen level to below 10%, which is enough for ctb.
and to make sure i also asked for case in real life , which a person die from accident

by inhalation of nitrogen inside a closed environment ( a car).
the problem is , if i only have N2 ( gas form ) , should i get a little liquid nitrogen too just to keep the + perssure inside the car to keep the outside oxygen from getting in .

the reason i dont want to use carbon monoxide is when it fail it cost me to vomit so bad. thats why i dont want to use a bag also, cuz i am afraid that i will just take it off out of fear

the car method is the best way i can think of to fight the FEAR. ≤5%maybe not ? but <10% i think i am able
