Discussion i have this weird tingly feeling in chest everyday, especially at night

i just dont know how to describe it, but i just feel weird everytime when night comes. anyone else has this feeling? i dont know what it is or caused it but it appeared for no reason at all. im probably dying lmao

It's hard to know exactly what you mean. Perhaps you could give a few more details. I have palpitations every night, sometimes they are just a flutter, other times they are sharp, as if someone is stabbing me.

I have what I call the burning circle or burning hole in my upper chest, close to where my heart is but more center.
Sometimes it feels like lightning and a void. Hurts like hell and causes emotional pain as well. Sometimes the electric emanate through my whole body and rarely stays constant as if in a frozen state of constant electricity.
