• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I can't bring myself to do anything at all. I can't shower, I can't brush my teeth, I can't play video games, I can't do school work, I can't self harm, I'm just going through each day doing nothing all the time. I can't find motivation to CBT. I've been planning this attempt for a YEAR. How do I push myself to do it. Please how.

I understand that debilitating feeling. Right now I'm able to get up because of my dog cuz he has to go at 6am every morning and we go walking and I take cold showers to shock my system to get going. But I'm probably going to have to give him up soon. Then who knows what happens.

Try to visualize or fantasize about how much better you'll feel once you do it. All of your suffering will be over, and you won't be so unmotivated for anything anymore. That might help to give you back some of your drive to do it, if you're really set on doing it.

Then, you could try to break your attempt down into small steps like you could create a checklist of all the preparations you need to make, or you could even jailbreak an AI like Deepseek (here is a good jailbreak, you need to be in expert mode and have DeepThink turned on for it to work) to make you a checklist. That might help you to visualise everything you need and make it even the tiniest bit easier.
If you already have everything, then perhaps make sure all of your tools are easily accessible, preferably visible too so you can be continuously reminded to do it every time you see them.

You can also set a specific date and time for your deadline, and tell yourself that you will suffer more if you don't CTB before that deadline. If you can, make it the day before an important event related to you like a party or something. This will create a sense of urgency. You could add on to this by planning out exactly when and where you will implement each step, for example planning to write your note at 8pm on a Saturday in your bedroom.

Frame every single thing you do as preparation to CTB, for example showering and brushing your teeth could just be part of the steps in order to at least feel better before you do it. This has helped me get through life numerous times before, but then again it's different for everyone.

If you don't mind, can I know how you're planning on doing it?? I personally am planning on either hanging or SWB (shallow water blackout) but I kinda want more ideas tbh
