Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I want to know how you manage to find people to talk to and have a conversation with. I was diagnosed with BPD over four years ago, and in the last two years I've lost all my friends, my girlfriend, my social life... Basically, for two years I've just been lying in my room crying and lamenting the loss of my close and beloved circle of friends. I feel really lonely. You know when you just want a hug and that's it? Or just a little bit of love? I often feel that way, and guess what? There's no one to comfort me in those moments of loneliness. I regret mixing friendships with my ex-girlfriend. That ruined everything (I don't blame them or her; it was my fault for being an idiot). I'm currently in DBT therapy, and it has been helpful. Next year, I'll go back to college (I dropped out of my last two degrees because of similar problems), but I'm not doing it because I'm really motivated to study or anything like that. I'm doing it because it's what normal people do. When I leave my house to socialize, I get very anxious and feel like I can't communicate well.

I want to read your opinions/advice/stories, etc. about how you managed to form a new social circle after feeling like you lost everyone.

PS: Sorry for my terrible English. It's not my main language. I'm using a translator and a little bit of what I know.

Estoy en una situación similar a la tuya... Tuve un episodio de psicosis y me diagnosticaron trastorno bipolar hace dos años. Perdí mi negocio, mis amigos y todo. :(
Dude, I don't know how I'm still here after almost two years without having been able to rebuild anything. I guess all that's left is to support each other

I have BPD too. Currently in the process of building that up. Joined a local choir - I love to sing and everybody here is super nice, so I'm happy about that!

It is hard to build new friendships, but doing activities or hobbies you enjoy can definitely help to find new people. No matter if online or in real life. It may take time and patience but you cannot find new people if you do not give life a chance or strangers to get to know you. I hope that when you go back to college you can find new people, join a club or find a new hobby you enjoy!
