Method I have access to opiates I guess

My dad came back from hospital from major surgery, with Tramadol. He didn't need them and just left them lying around. I could steal them.

Would they work for catching the bus?

Or would it be a better idea to do SN + anti vomiting + tramadol for the pain?

Tramadol is almost a non opiate. It is synthetic and has properties of opiates and SSRI. Take too much and you can overdosed the antidepressant.
