Anti emetics are a must because there's high chance of throwing up the SN water
I know that. I spend hours on the method. I can't get it. The doc is hard to believe.

Try to get OTC anti emetics may be. Something is better than nothing. A few weeks ago, i was getting the pukish sensation, and I went to a medical shop and asked for an anti emetic, they gave me avomine very easily
