Method 1 - SN (only problem is i don't have any sedation options like benzo or sleeping pills) and also olanzapine will reduce the effect of meto

Method 2 - 3 grams of olanzapine + 200mg baclofen ( according to chatgpt it will increase significant sedation - which i really love but lot of ss members don't advice on OD)

why did ppeh added 500mg of benzo - this step is giving me more stress and anxiety. I hate SN will take 10 mins to act and i can't stop thinking how my SI will react within the time frame.

am i not suicidal enough to die?

SN is my chosen method. I am a medical student so I'm well versed in the medication ppeh recommends, and why. Benzo is recommended as a sedative. This is so that you pass out quicker. SN is not a particularly painful way to go if administered properly. The main danger is vomiting, but antiemetics are widely available. Taken correctly, SN is supposed to make you pass out in a few minutes. Some people would like to shorten that time as well, and they might use benzo. Honestly, just being tired out will achieve similar results in my opinion.

I think most people want benzo's as well because the time to actually call for help when SI kicks in is shorter.

That's why I'd like benzo's as well.. sadly it's not very easy to get them.. at least for me

OD is only a good idea when you have access to the meds / drugs that are proven to be lethal. If u had amitriptyline for your method 2 I'd say this would be a good OD with high success rate.

500mg refers to Diazepam (Valium) in the PPeH. With Xanax or similar benzos you'd need only 1 mg sth like that.

I understand where you're coming from. I would have liked to have them handy as well. Instead, I'm going to attempt after 24 hours of no sleep and maybe some exercise, at an hour when no one will be awake.

Benzo can be obtained on the clearnet fwiw as research chemical solutions. Look up bromazalam. There was a user who found that routine bromazalam use actually made them want to CTB less from day to day. I really like it because it kills my panic instantly.

If you make a decision, benzo won't stop you, but it also might make things more bearable in the interim too or make you see a different path out of your situation. Worth a shot

i can't buy rc in clearnet or i'm not skilled enough to get around it.

yea that's why i questioned "am i not suicidal enough". i don't know how my SI will react. guess i have to use handcuff but i don't how my closed ones will react to it.

Even if you do vomit, albeit not immediately to where none was ingested, you definitely still have a good chance of dying. Glad I have benzos and everything else though.

To try to keep yourself focused long enough after 24 hrs of no sleep will be very difficult but needs must I guess.

Do you think nortriptyline would work instead of amitriptyline?

TCAs are known to be lethal. I have no further info and protocol using nortriptyline. LD50 data for nortriptyline (source Wikipedia):

502 mg·kg (LD50, Ratte, oral)
22 mg·kg (LD50, Ratte, i.v.)
370 mg·kg (LD50, Maus, oral)
17 mg·kg (LD50, Maus, i.v.)
405 mg·kg (LD50, Ratte, oral, Hydrochlorid)
13 mg·kg (LD50, Ratte, i.v., Hydrochlorid)
260 mg·kg (LD50, Maus, oral, Hydrochlorid)
18,7 mg·kg (LD50, Maus, i.v., Hydrochlorid)

Hi, i'm new here. My english is not good, so, i'm sorry.

I have 12 grams of phenobarbital with alcohol. It's gonna kill me?

I planed this method: take 12 grams of phenobarbital with alcohol and put a rope on my neck, and when i faint I'm going to fall with the rope around my neck and I will die sleeping.

What do you think?

And I'm going to take anti-vomiting medicine

You might be able to make a specific forum post about sourcing these and some users might be able to help you. We have a few Indian users here who might know some resources
