Venting I hate this

I am on a road trip with my dad and his gf. He told me that he brought noise cancelling headphones but I had mine so I didnt think id need them. Between the constant swerving that make me have panic attacks and the loud ass american football game I was over stimulated. I was lucky I had someone to talk to through it. His noise cancelling headphones aren't noise cancelling at all. I still am getting over a panic attack bc of the turn into the fucking gas station. And he wont let me drive either. I'd feel better if I did and i am an anxious driver.
