Venting I hate how my ex publicly posts about me

My depression has gotten worse from the accident that happened 5 months ago. My ex abandoned me when I needed him the most and just posted cat memes on his phone with his friend. When I ask him why he did this he simply couldn't give me an answer other than he's shy.

His sister couldn't even defend him either because it honestly didn't make much sense on why he did that to me. So I left him for good, I threw his stuff out and I vowed to never talk to the man again.

However since he has a famous account on Instagram, he always posts about me which makes me so uncomfortable. He always says he misses me and that he wants to try stuff again but how can you say that when you literally traumatized me. You don't even like me at all and only want the treatment I gave you.

I feel so uncomfortable being with men and just driving in general because of the accident. I still suffer from pain out of it and all he got was simple clout. I honestly just want to be left alone.

People are cruel and vindictive. My friend got married recently, and her ex-boyfriend from 10 years ago created a fake Facebook account with her pictures and started insulting her through it.

He should fuck off, and eventually, he will.
I don't know when or if he will grow up but eventually he will stop doing this.
Until then ignore him, if you have anyone you trust you can vent to that person, share some of it.
I don't know if public transportation is an option for you, if taking a bycicle sometimes is, see if there's a way to work your way around driving, fear to go back there again is very real.
As for him, seriously see if you can ignore him and his painful, f****** cruel antics and maybe share a bit with someone you know.

I have the story he posted and it is so fucked like I don't know why you would do that to someone you love. It is absolutely not normal whatsoever and you shouldn't treat your partner that way.

I struggle with mental illness and I would never ever abandon my partner in times of crisis.

They don't text me since I've turned my DMS off on social media. I didn't mind being a little known on his account during the time we were together but this is too much. I haven't shamed him once on social media to protect his privacy, I just wish he would do the same and stop talking abt me.

It's better to be alone than in any bad relationship. I mean, you already have enough burdens as an individual. Do you really need anyone else to add to those burdens? Both partners must be In Sync with each other and help one another. Easier said than done. It's very rare in real life to see couples that are like this.

I wish but reporting won't do anything abt it. I'm just trying to move on peacefully tbh especially after that whole accident :(

It's kind of why I took a break from being in a relationship after that one because of how traumatizing it was for me. When you realize how people can care so little about you when they don't like you it's a slap on your face. Words don't matter it's the actions that do and I didn't realize that until it's too late. I know now to be careful who I surround myself with and who I date because that can happen again if I associate myself with the wrong people.
