I had a panic attack at work

My supervisor scheduled a meet with the team yesterday. A few minutes to time he messaged on whatsapp that his boss would attend and everyone would have to give an update on their work. Then suddenly I couldn't breathe and my tummy was running. I was quite sure I couldn't speak sensibly about anything... I had to call in sick :(

Now a separate meeting might be arranged between my supervisor and his boss - just the 3 of us. Am I gona survive it? God help me.

Maybe find some mantras to repeat yourself to give you confidence and calmness. It kinda works for me.

I've been doing breathing exercises they seem to calm me down.

Their work demands are too much for my muffled brain. It seems I need more medication - I am not at par yet. Or maybe it's just my self-confidence and morale that are low. I am so overwhelmed. The supervisor is calling me and I have no progress to show.
