How can you have heard of SN but not seen either of the SN guides?! I never understand when members say this. Read the PPH and Stan's Guide.

And yes, it's possible you may need to lie to a doctor to get certain medications. Honestly, just deal with it. Compared to suicide itself, it's a very minor transgression.

OK, well that's a lot different from the moralising statement 'that's just wrong'.
When you review the resources previously mentioned, you will find that all other add-ons are technically optional, although personally I would strongly recommend an antiemetic, and the PPH shares this view.
You may be able to order one (such as meto) from an online retailer.
@Iwouldratherdie I mean this in the nicest way, please stop asking others to tell you what to do, how to and where to do it? If you feel ctb is your only option, you have to own the responsibility of figuring this out on your own. Intelligent Questions about things that aren't already spelled out in the guides and info here, can then be asked and answered.

I agree with @InTheAirTonight as you have two contradictory actions, which will ultimately end in disaster. If you are willing to CTB, you cannot afford to divulge it to a mental health professional or anyone in a position of authority who has the power to incarcerate you/take away your liberty. However, if you decide not to CTB (aka changed your mind) then feel free to be honest with your doctor, but keep in mind of the potential consequences if your doctor believes you to be a danger to yourself or others, he/she would (by law and profession be required to) report you or have you committed against your will.
To my understanding, logically speaking, if one is intending to CTB, the last thing one wants is for someone to intervene, save, or prevent one from being able to carry out his/her CTB attempt.

I don't know much about SN, but from what I've read, it seems like one should try to obtain metoclopramide or other appropriate antiemetic first since that is much more challenging than SN, at least in the US.
I agree with the OP that I have very low confidence that I would be able to obtain a reliable antiemetic from a physician using subterfuge or from an illegal online "pharmacy". For this and other reasons I've posted about today, SN isn't a method I consider available to me, and even if it was, I would choose a more reliable and gentle one.
