I don't know when I'll try to CTB again. I need to work for a while, and get a bit of money to buy nitrogen again, before I CTB.

It wasn't taken from a book. I found it online in a PDF. However: I think that the Book "the Peaceful Pill" should have instructions for making an exit bag.
