Exit bag: info and instructions

Hi everyone.

I would immensely appreciate if anybody here could:

- post links of places where exit bags can be purchased, and/or
- write clear and understandable instructions with images about how to make an exit bag

I've been looking all over this forum and I couldn't find anything of the above.

It would help me a lot, as well as anyone else having issues with finding and/or making an exit bag.
