Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I finally finished EMDR therapy! It's taken me 6 months but I'm soooo happy it's come to an end. I swear I found the most perfect therapist - she's helped me through so much. I'm also on a good combination of Pysch meds to help with my moods and anxiety. However, the process of EMDR was wild - I had so many things built up over the years and I feel so much better. I no longer feel suicidal like I once did. I'm sure I'll have to be in therapy for the rest of my life (I kinda love it), but instead of 2 days a week we're down to once a week. I'm so proud of myself. I've been a longtime lurker on here and I finally got help. I've seen a psychologist, psychiatrist, and a therapist. I really wanted to change.

Wonderful news! I'm happy for you. I haven't been in therapy for several years, but I'd like to eventually go back. It really can do wonders when you have a solid therapist. I hope you can find the peace you're looking for.
