I feel so pathetic

I just spent an hour crying cuz I missed my doctor and I have no idea how to feel

I mean ugly sobbing I couldnt stop

I feel so pathetic cuz I know the time will be up

I didnt have the strength to shower


I felt this intensely sadness

Has anyone else done this?

I missed multiple appointments too because I was literally unable to get out of bed. Depression 's a bitch.

Most doctors would understand it was not easy for you, don't be too harsh on yourself either.
