Help I feel like I'm dragging myself through life

I don't know what I'm doing, I just go to work and then come back home. I wish something felt special to me, but it feels like I'm living a robot's life.
I don't have interests, hobbies, nothing matters much to me.
All of this makes me want to ctb, but I don't really know how to do it and also I'm too much of a coward to do it.
This thread isn't important, I just wanted to share what was inside me at this moment

Not an uncommon feeling, especially if you have depression. I don't really have any solutions. Sometimes psychiatrists and therapists can help. Sometimes it randomly gets better on its own. Sometimes you just keep living as a robot.

The only thing I can really say is try to be easy on yourself.
