Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Perhaps you should slow down. Why did you chicken out at the last moment? It might be a good idea to try to understand that before you try again.
Full suspension is more effective but very highly risky. I'm not at a place where I can do that unfortunately.
