Story I drank 3X550ml 5% beer that's supposed to last me 6 hours and I have now successfully achieved asian flush. My face is legit RED.

In the states "hair of the dog that bit you" is a common idiom used in reference as a cure for a hangover.

I do not know for sure, but I suspect it came from the time when people believed in werewolves, and when someone was thought to have bitten one, "hair of the dog that bit them" was thought to cure them and prevent their turning into a werewolf. I need to look this up to verify it.

And blue cheese? ::shudders:: I think that blue cheese might be something one either loves or hates.

I am about to drop from exhaustion but would love to know what ubereat-turkish kebab is (please do not tell me it is haggis on a stick - ;p)

This is not unusual, I tend to have an off-beat sense of humor.

"I solemnly swear" is a well-known phrase (very serious) from one of the books in the Harry Potter series.

My promise to "not type loudly" is because (at least for me) loud noises hurt when hungover (again, at least for me). Since noise is not an issue here given that this is a written chat forum - I used typing instead in a poor attempt at humor.

I've seen this inexplicable phenomena first hand! Everyone turns red but not quite as much as that. I'm just jealous that 5% beer even does anything to you. The only thing I'd feel off of that is the urge to piss every 5 minutes.

Yeah I did that as well considering a "fast metabolism".
