Discussion I don't want to reset my phone 😑

The fact that I have to reset my phone for the second time angers me.. because asholes who got no good intentions might want to be nosey a little bit..why do I have to do this..I might fail to go threw ctb and need my phone back, everything I do is in it

Im just clearing browser history. I'm not sure what else is on here that would be problematic...lots of photos of mountains and wildflowers.

I feel you. I've reset my phone and tablet when i attempted before and regreted it when I failed. Years of memory loss but, I guess that's the point.

I am slowly getting my phone down and everything in my whole life down to what I'd still want or need if I fail my attempt. It doesn't suck to start over but a phone can break or be stolen and you'd have to start from scratch anyway.

I would recommend using the tor browser when doing all of looking, and using a tor bridge to make it look like you are just voice call on your records. It's a FOSS application w privacy at it's forefront, and that when you hit the clear button it keeps ZERO records Download it at the torproject.org. All you need to do is write down the sites where you go frequently. It's most easy to use privacy tool in the world rn, it's even more secure than using a vpn.

If you're on android you should be able to encrypt your phone. Better yet, if you've got a google pixel you can install graphene OS and be fully anonymous. Just encrypting your phone should be enough to stop anyone from snooping through your phone, even forensic experts

I used to use duckduckgo browser that would delete everything on exit. I dont even try on my phone anymore, but on PC another story.

Best just keep things clean as possible use the browsers mentioned and vpns etc. Set them to clear on exit. Keep what you need only.
