your fasting time is fine if the meal you ate was very light, the recommended time is 4 to 8 hours and it should be a light meal, you shouldn't use Tachipirina, it increases the chances of vomiting, you should just use the antiemetic, which antiemetic did you use? And how much SN and water to dissolve it did you use?

Would Dramamine increase chances of vomiting? I can't get my hands on antiemetics besides that or Benadryl

I see it says they are not effective for sn but if I can't get my hands on proper antiemetics do you think it would help even a bit with anti nausea or is it better to just not take any? I only have ibuprofen for pain management and antacids, I was thinking even if it doesn't fully prevent nausea it may help a bit but I worry it may just make the process take longer for the sn to move through the system

I think you should try getting one of the recommended antiemetics on farewellwiki, you can try an online medical consultation to get the them, maybe try saying you already use of one the medicines and it worked for you, you can say that you are feeling the same symptoms that the antiemetic treats.

I can either do it by itself no antacid and no ibuprofen and hope it works, on the farewell wiki it says two girls in South China took it fasted, doesn't say they took antiemetics or anything and it worked for them. I was just hoping ibuprofen could work like a benzo and ease some pain and the antacid could do the same for stomach pain, possibly make there be less vomiting and the Dramamine would help with nausea as well. I just don't want to make it worse and hope I pass out as quick as possible due to no antiemetics and no benzos

Okay, I know they say to do 25g but I heard if you use less and go off the table to match your weight there is less chance of vomiting due to less sn irritating your system. I don't have a scale to weigh myself but I know I'm around 120-130 so I think 19 grams for 135 lbs would be enough to ensure it works and hopefully enough to not cause extra irritation and pain right?
