Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Ooh. A WWE fan and a nod at one of the best revenge movie of all time.
You did say no pills but every time I had a hard time sleeping, I'd down some cough syrup or anything with dexamethasone then swallow some paracetamol. It works.
When people say sleep with the lights off and with your tech away from you, that also works.
Make sure that your room is cold and you have your blanket. The cold also helps. 22 - 20 degrees celcius is nice enough for me.
Sleep butt naked if you'd like to try that.
Try some diffusers. Lavender. Cinnamon. Scents that make you feel warm.
Read a book that's boring to you while listening to some low-volume lo-fi in the background.
Write and draw until you're drowsy.

Moderate physical activity, for long periods of time, should help. Examples: gardening, jogging, fitness, sports... Don't overdo it, but do enough to feel pleasantly tired. Drink plenty of water. Then your body will have to surrender.
