Help i cant stop beating my eye

adding onto my previous post (about my eye), this has genuinely become a problem even if its started only a day ago. I keep on beating the shit out of my eye any chance I get for no reason. I dont even know why. I've always struggled with self harm, but its never been this repetitive and bad. I cant go like an hour without beating my eye again. I dont know whats wrong with me.

sorry if this sounds presumptuous or like diagnosing you with anything etc. but regardless of whether or not the diagnosis associated applies it makes me think of autistic stims / RRBs that are basically self harmful and I've had kinda similar ones. I think the reason is somehow it allows some kind of stress/pressure built up in us to release but no matter what it is that sounds difficult.

Do you think you could maybe find a way to like wean down or is it one of those things that just starts automatically?
