I did it. I ordered SN and meto. It's coming to my house. In a month or so I'll probably be dead. All I need now is paracetamol which I can just pick up from any ol pharmacy. I'm just... shocked. Can anyone else just relate to this feeling? That they are finally, ACTUALLY going to die, that they know they are going to die?

you have to find your own sources, but yes. It is possible; although depending on your country you should be wary of possible wellness checks or seizing of packages.
