Don't forget to follow the full SN guide to make sure that your exit will be successful when you decide to do so. Otherwise, you may panic and call 911 and end up in a psychiatric prison.
While this may happen alot, getting sectioned. It did not happen to me after my SN attempt. I honestly think it depends on what you tell them as to why you took it.
If you say because youre depressed then yes theres a good chance you will get sectioned.
I just said I had money worries and if I didnt have those I wouldnt have swallowed the SN.
Here I am, not sectioned and have to speak to my doctor regularly and gave me the crisis number and they are supporting me with the right team to make sure I get help financially.
Little do they realise Im already planning my next attempt :D
Next time i wont ring the paramedics though, I know what to expect with SN since my lips and face turned blue and I was given methylene blue (it wasnt nice coughing that up or urinating blue for 3 days after)
I was going to write my story and let people read it, but since im not a regular or post often, I didnt see the point.
But if anyone wants to know what I went through in a private message I would be more than happy to share my experience.
I also learned you do not need A+E or antacids for it to work. You just need to starve yourself for at least 12 hours like I did and paracetomol, thats all I used.
