• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I cannot stop worrying about things, I always bring the thing/worry up to a point where I assume that IF it happens, my life will be ruined. I am tired of worrying about everything, whenever a worry passes, I start overthinking about another thing and its the same cycle.

I JUST CAN'T STOP THINKING!

I need meds, I desperately need meds but I cant get them because my family believes mental health doesn't exist and I don't want to look like an attention seeker to everyone around me, there are no good therapists around too.
I am tired of thinking, I just want to rest. I am not brave enough to commit suicide, I tried once and failed.

I just want to end it, please give me braveness or help, anything would work because I just need it all to be over whether it be by suicide or healing.

Yeah that sounds like it may be OCD. How is your family standing in the way of you getting meds?

It's a lot harder to ruin your life than you'd think. There's an almost concerning amount of celebrities with absolutely horrible pasts that should end any hope of a reputation-based career and yet they shrug controversies off like they're nothing. Imagine how hard it must be to ruin any other kind of career!

You'll probably be fine as long as you don't commit some heinous crime and end up doing decades in prison.

Definitely OCD. You would greatly benefit a medicine like Lexapro or Anafranil (clomipramine). Can't you contact your doctor privately?

In the meantime you can use the following method to get some temporarily release if you get a worry fit:

Sit comfortably in a chair. Keep your head straight and fixate your gaze on a spot on the wall that's about the same height as your eyes. Keep your eyes on that specific spot and don't let them wander off! Give it some time and keep your eyes fixated on that specific spot. This will effectively stop the worrying machine.

If later on an intrusive thought should enter your mind, welcome it and remind yourself that there's lots of things we can't control, neither should we want too. And that's all right. Things happen, or they don't. You just go with the flow and you can enjoy the Here and Now.

Good luck!
