just throwing this out there, maybe there are other similar solutions without the irreversibility of surgery. there are ways to alter your hormones like with drugs that you can stop taking if its not working how you planned. like estrogen or like chemical castration comes to mind. whatever you decide to do i hope it goes ok and that you are able to figure out a way to access it soon. i understand how these kinds of sexual disorders/paraphilias can be really distressing and intrusive on normal life.

This is a terrible idea. Best case scenario, medical professionals sew it back on and you're scarred for life (physically and mentally).
Worse case you bleed to death and you're that guy who died by cutting off his Johnson.
