Is It Worth Trying Hypothermia?
Hi everyone, I'm trying to figure out if the hypothermia method works. Is it possible to fall asleep from medication and hope to die at a temperature between 0 and 5 degrees Celsius?
At first, I thought this was the perfect option.
My plan was to chain myself to a tree somewhere far away from people. Then I'd drink alcohol and take tranquilizers, fall asleep, and die of hypothermia within 4–8 hours...
While researching topics on the forum, I've come across information twice where people survived after spending more than three days in the cold and suffered absolutely no ill effects. But there was also information where people died from hypothermia at temperatures around 0 degrees Celsius and above.
What do you all think, and can anyone share more accurate information? Is it possible to count on death, or is it better not to even try this?
Is it possible to die after lying naked on the ground for half a day in the cold, or will the human body prevail in this situation?
