Discussion How well would a belt work for hanging?

I am broke as hell and don't have access to a rope. I heard belts work pretty well for hanging, but how hard would it be to tie a noose with a belt?

It can work. But you can also read reports of people on here where it didn't and the belt tore apart. Worst case scenario would be having the belt fall apart after hanging for a couple of minutes. Can't be recommended.
