Help How uncomfortable is CO suicide?

For those who have tried, is it really as peaceful as they say? Like falling asleep?

It is peaceful if it is done properly. But if you will be found or not enough CO the permanent damage is possible.

I'd guess very peaceful, slowly drift off to sleep and never wake up.

Had it not been as peaceful, I don't think there would be this much accedental deaths with this method.
