can someone please help me figure out a method for ctb.

I live alone, so far i've tried toaster bath 3 times, i drank bleach (althought it was very thick so i threw it up mostly)
ive overdosed and cut a bunch for the last 8 years which i understand is a non method.

need an at home method that wont be too uncomfortable. want soemthing close to passing in my sleep. please help if you can.

also i cant get a gun so dont swugest that

SN is a home method. I dont think it's comfy but if done right with all the steps plus benzos then it can be near peaceful.
