Yesterday I tried the inert gas method. After putting the mask on, I didn't immediately lose consciousness as expected. I felt my heart beating fast, I was so nervous that I was about to vomit, and my mind was full of fear of facing death. Are there any medications to help control with panic attacks? Can beta blockers do it?

Sorry for that benzos made you numb.Being a robot can be very tired.
At the moment of facing death, adrenaline rushes into the brain, and β-blockers seem to have an effect on antagonizing adrenaline. I don't know the specific principle, but I just feel that it might work.
