Help How to not raise suspicions when renting a room?

So I'm planning to CTB with SN—obviously not optimal to do it in my house where my family lives. The problem is, if I were to try rent a room, that would raise instant suspicions, as they know I'm suicidal and I can't really think of an excuse to do something like that. Any ideas?

Yeah I guess I just have to find a way to get as far away as possible for this. Idk how am gonna do that right now since it would also be very unlike me to want to go away from the city on holiday, so even that might raise suspicions. Looks like my CTB will take a while :/

Go to another city, act tired, say you'll rest the whole day, ask not to be disturbed.

Get outside the circle of people that know you.

Some places have online check in now where you can check in and get into a room on an app or somrthing and not have to talk to anyone, that could be an option?

Smile, and make jokes. Have a good reason for being there. Know of a ( or ,more ) local attraction tourists frequent for instance.
