Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I attempted FSH yesterday and failed. I neglected to kick the chair far enough away and used it to hold myself up while wrenching the noose from my neck. I deeply regret backing out, but the pain was a 100/10; maybe I'm just sensitive and sheltered, but I truly didn't know the human brain was capable of translating such extreme pain, and I panicked.

How can I make FSH less painful for my next attempt? I understand we're targeting the carotid arteries to cut blood flow from the brain, but the way the noose tightened around my entire neck was unexpectedly violent. Can I use a towel or something to lessen it without jeopardizing the method?

Please, if anyone has experience in this area and knows how to lessen the physical pain without undermining the effectiveness of the method, let me know.
