How to make cuts heal faster?

I started cutting not long ago. My cuts are very shallow, but there are a lot of them. The weather is starting to get very hot and I'm going to be expected to wear shorts soon. I don't think I'm going to scar, but wow they take forever to heal. I already disinfect and apply antibiotic cream. Does anyone have any tips on promoting faster healing?
