Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Pretty much just the title.
Being conscious and awake is painful. I need a way to reliably knock myself out for a bit when life gets a bit too much for me.

Sedative drugs.
Inhaling inert gas by holding a mask so it falls off when you go unconscious.
Pressure on the carotid artery.

Just to name a few but knocking yourself out that doesn't lead to naturally falling asleep could pose unforeseen risks. For example, you may get less oxygen to the brain and if that condition goes on longer than intended, permanent damage will happen and you'll be worse off than when you started.

do you mean sleep?
Quetiapine combined with zolpidem usually leads to good sleep.
Any doctor can prescribe it and it's cheap.
